• COOKING heats up in less than 6 minutes. The temperature range, from 90°C to 220°C, is perfect for all cooking: high enough to sear a steak, low enough to simmer gently.

  The interchangeable plates are non-stick, and allow grilling, simmering or steaming. They stack under the glass lid for easy storage. The lid and the plates are dishwasher safe, for ideal cleaning.

  Use the cooking bowl to sauté ingredients, giving them flavor, or to cook delicious stews in sauce.

  Pour water into the cooking bowl before placing the stainless steel rack in it to steam fish, vegetables, and many other ingredients.
