1. Promoter
This competition is organised by VJ Salomone Marketing Ltd.
2. Eligibility
• The competition is open to residents of Malta aged 18 years and over.
• Employees of VJ Salomone Marketing Ltd., 6FIFTYTWO, LEGO, and their immediate
family members are not eligible to participate.
3. How to Enter
To enter the competition, participants must:
1. Purchase a Pantene x 6FIFTYTWO Love Bundle from vjsm.com.mt during the
promotional period.
2. Complete the purchase successfully during the competition period.
Each bundle purchased counts as one (1) entry. Multiple purchases are permitted and will
result in multiple entries.
4. Prize
One (1) winner will receive:
• One (1) LEGO® Set
• One (1) 6FIFTYTWO Pouch
The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
5. Winner Selection
• The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the
competition period.
• The draw will take place within 7 days of the competition closing date.
• The winner will be contacted using the details provided during the purchase process.
6. Claiming the Prize
• If the winner cannot be contacted within 7 days of the first contact attempt, the
Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
• The prize must be collected from a location designated by the Promoter unless
otherwise agreed.
7. Publicity
By participating, the winner agrees to allow the Promoter to publish their first name and
photograph for promotional purposes related to the competition, without additional
compensation.
8. General
• The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition where
necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
• Any incomplete, fraudulent, or illegible entries will be disqualified.
• The Promoter's decision regarding all aspects of the competition is final and binding.
9. Data Protection
Any personal data collected will be used solely for the administration of this competition and in
accordance with applicable data protection laws.
11. Gaming Authority Permit
This promotion is being conducted under MGA Permit No. MGA/CCG/076/2026 and is subject
to all applicable regulations issued by the Malta Gaming Authority. Date of commencement is
on the 23rd of June up to 6th July.
12. Draw Supervision
The draw will be conducted in accordance with the requirements of the Malta Gaming Authority.
An authorised representative of the Malta Gaming Authority may attend, observe, or otherwise
supervise the draw process, and all records relating to the draw will be made available to the
Authority upon request.
13. Data Collection and Storage
Participants list will be held within the vjsm.com.mt webshop orderlist. On the day of the draw,
the list will be extracted according to the list of the SKUs purchased during the lottery time
frame. Each sku will result in one entry (so if sku xxxx1234 was purchased in the quantity of
two by John Borg, John Borg will have two entries in the participant list, similar if Mary Borg
ordered two items in her cart from the participating list of SKUs xxxx1234, and xxxx4321 she
will have two entries in participant list.
14. Winner Selection Process
We will be using Random.org Third Party Draw Service. https://www.random.org/draws/. The
participant list will be enumerated and downloaded and fed to random.org draw services.
The random winner will be selected and presented to us in the Format - Name, E-Mail
address, Phone number (if available) and order number for auditing purposes.
