Online orders are concluded once availability is confirmed by email.
Reservations do not constitute a sale unless accompanied by a non-refundable deposit.
Products displayed on our website may not be in stock. Please call us to confirm availability.
For online orders availability will be confirmed by a return e-mail from one of our salespersons.
We can deliver orders to anywhere in Malta & Gozo.
Deliveries to Malta are free for all orders.
Cost of deliveries to Gozo will be quoted for when ordering, depending on the items ordered.

Urgent deliveries can be affected at a fee. This will be quoted for when ordering.
Deliveries do not include installation.
Installation services are also provided, at a fee. This will be quoted for when ordering.
Orders collected from our showroom can be paid for by Cheques or Cash.
Delivered orders can be settled in cash or by cheque.
Where goods have been delivered by us, you can return the goods within a period of 14 days, subject to the following conditions:
Returned within a period of 14 days from delivery;
Accompanied by a proof of purchase;
Returned complete of original packaging, all cables, if any, all accessories, if any, and free gifts, if any;
Returned unopened, unused and in 'as new' condition;
Have not been ordered to your specifications.
Goods cannot be accepted back when:
The goods have been ordered from our showroom;
Not accompanied by a proof of purchase;
Returned with incomplete or damaged packaging, with broken seals, with missing cables or accessories or free gifts, if any;
Returned in used condition;
Originally ordered as a special order to your specifications.
When there is a fault within the warranty period (as evidenced at the time of purchase on the invoice) with any product purchased, we will offer to repair or exchange, when a repair is not possible.
Please return goods that are suspected faulty to our workshop during opening hours.
Such returned goods are to be accompanied by a proof of purchase.
Goods need to be tested and fault confirmed before being deemed to be faulty.
Goods damaged by accident, power surges, neglect, misuse and/or normal wear and tear are not covered by warranty.
The above do not affect your statutory rights, in terms of Chapter 378 of Section 78 of the Consumer Affairs Act.
