Fairy ADW Platinum Plus 30 Minute Miracle x Le Creuset Lottery

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Organizer

This promotional lottery (“Lottery”) is organized by:

V.J. Salomone Marketing Limited, with company registration number C1287, with registered address at V.J.Salomone Limited, Upper Cross Road, Marsa, Malta (“Organizer”).

2. Regulatory Compliance

This Lottery is conducted in accordance with the laws of Malta, including the Gaming Act (Chapter 583), and any applicable requirements of the Malta Gaming Authority (“MGA”).

Where required, the appropriate notification or authorization has been obtained, permit no: MGA/CCG/067/2026

3. Lottery Period

The Lottery will run as follows:

• Start Date: 13th July 2026
• End Date: 16th August 2026

Entries submitted outside this period will not be considered.

4. Eligibility

Participation is open to:

• Individuals aged 18 years or over
• Residents of Malta

Proof of age and identity may be requested.

5. How to Participate

To enter the Lottery, participants must:

1. Purchase any Fairy ADW Platinum Plus 30 Minute Miracle from vjsm.com.mt during the Lottery period

3. Upon purchase of one or more of the above, you will be given an electronic ticket and placed into an electronic draw.
4. Each qualifying purchase of Fairy ADW Platinum Plus 30 Minute Miracle entitles the participant to one (1) entry.

The draw will take place at the end of the campaign where all eligible entries will be placed in electronic draw using Random.org Third Party Draw Service where one winner will be selected.  Participants list will be held within the webshop order list. On the day of the draw the list will be extracted according to the list of the SKUs purchased during the lottery time frame.

6. Draw Details

• Draw Date: 21st August 2026,
• Location: VJ Salomone Marketing Ltd, Distribution Centre ENT 1, Handaq Road (Limits of Qormi), Handaq QRM 4000

The draw will be conducted using an electronic urn at the end of the campaign.

The Organizer reserves the right to conduct the draw under supervision where required.

7. Prizes

There will be one (1) winner who will receive a Le Creuset Casserole Collection with a total prize value of over €1,000, comprising the following items:

• One (1) Le Creuset Oval Casserole – 27 cm
• One (1) Le Creuset Round Casserole – 20 cm
• One (1) Le Creuset Shallow Casserole – 26 cm

For the purposes of this campaign, all Le Creuset casseroles will be supplied in Orange.

The prize shall be awarded as a single prize package and cannot be split into individual items.

The prize is:

• Non-transferable;
• Non-exchangeable; and
• Not redeemable for cash or any other alternative unless otherwise determined by the Organizer.

The Organizer reserves the right to substitute the prize, in whole or in part, with another prize of equal or greater value should circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary.

The prize draw will take place in the presence of an inspector from the competent Authority or any other person authorised or designated by the Authority, in accordance with applicable regulations.

8. Winner Selection and Notification

• Winners will be selected at random during the official draw from a dedicated urn where all the tickets will be grouped together
• Winners will be contacted via the contact details provided when registering to vjsm.com.mt
• Winners must claim their prize within 30 days from notification

If a winner cannot be contacted or fails to claim the prize within the specified period, the Organizer reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

9. Publicity

By accepting a prize, winners agree to:

• The use of their name and/or image for promotional and publicity purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law

10. Data Protection

All personal data will be processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation and applicable Maltese laws.

Personal data will be used solely for:

• Administration of the Lottery
• Contacting winners

Participants have the right to access, rectify, or request deletion of their personal data.

11. Fraud and Disqualification

The Organizer reserves the right to:

• Disqualify any participant found to be tampering with the entry process
• Reject fraudulent, duplicate, or suspicious entries

12. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Organizer shall not be liable for:

• Lost, damaged, or illegible tickets
• Technical or operational issues affecting participation
• Any loss or damage arising from acceptance or use of a prize

13. Cancellation or Amendment

The Organizer reserves the right to:

• Cancel, suspend, or amend the Lottery or these Terms & Conditions at any time
• Make changes required due to legal or regulatory obligations

14. Acceptance of Terms

Participation in this Lottery constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

15. Governing Law

This Lottery shall be governed by the Laws of Malta.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Maltese courts.
