The Cuisinart Griddle & Grill has 2 sets of removable, dishwasher safe plates. The Grill plate, with the projections, will leave marks on steaks or paninis. The Plancha plate, smooth, will be perfect for eggs and pancakes. One plate of each can be used simultaneously, for a complete breakfast.

Its 240°C sears steaks and cooks them in minutes, and the temperature setting allows for gentler cooking of fish and vegetables. Its rapid heating and temperature stability allow a professional cooking result, whatever the recipe. The high quality non-stick coating is perfect for healthier cooking, with very little fat, and a drawer to collect cooking juices.

When used closed, the floating hinges allow the upper part to press gently on the ingredient, without crushing it. In open use, for more fragile foods, there is also a doubled cooking surface. The timer will control the cooking time.

SPICE AND NUT GRINDER BLUE

Using fresh ingredients is the easiest way to transcend the flavors of a recipe. With its powerful motor and ultra-sharp blades, the Cuisinart Spice Grinder will grind the toughest ingredients into powder in seconds. Designed with the blades as close as possible to the bottom of the bowl, the result is perfectly homogeneous, even with small quantities. It is also perfect for making sauces or “dips”, including pesto and hummus, but also for grinding nuts or grinding coffee.

Pressing the lid operates the grinder. Once the desired consistency has been reached, the preparation can be stored in one of the two stainless steel bowls, delivered with tight lids. Thus, the flavors will not be mixed.
